Scuba and snorkel (1km) : The ocean in front of the villa is a classified nature reserve and scuba and snorkelling is dangerous there. Organised scuba and snorkelling trips can be arranged in town at the Mossel Bay Tourism Office.

Walking trails (0.1km) : The Oyster Catchers Trail is a 17km hiking trail that winds along the cliff tops between the Point and Dana Bay.
